Within a maximum of two days (16 hours), our senior engineers concentrate on what moves the needle most.

Organisations located in Belgium, the Netherlands or Luxembourg.
New customers who are not yet under an existing Blubyte services agreement.

The process is designed to be simple, transparent and fast, especially in moments of stress.
Intake and triage
You submit a short request describing your situation and urgency. We perform a quick triage to confirm that your case fits the program’s scope and that we have capacity.Two days of focused expert intervention
A senior NetScaler engineer works directly with your team for up to 16 hours to assess, stabilise and harden your environment, and to identify any signs of exploitation where relevant.Action plan and handover
You receive a concise, prioritised action plan and we walk your team through the key findings, changes and next steps, including what you can do yourself and where specialist support is recommended.
Clear boundaries that protect quality
To protect both existing customers and participating organisations, the NetScaler Care Program is intentionally limited.
Available only to new customers.
Only for non‑profit and healthcare organisations in Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg.
Maximum of 3 engagements per quarter, to ensure we can respond with the right level of attention.
The initial two days (16 hours) are delivered under this corporate responsibility framework; any continuation requires a TAM‑H package or managed services agreement, with commercial terms communicated upfront.
Participating organisations agree that their logo and a short, anonymised case description may be used as a reference once the situation is stable.
Contribution first, commercial conversation later
The NetScaler Care Program is not a lead‑generation stunt dressed up as charity. It is a contribution initiative that reflects how we believe specialist expertise should be used when critical infrastructure is at risk, especially in sectors that serve the public.
If, after the initial intervention, you decide that you want ongoing help, we can discuss a TAM‑H engagement or a managed services model that fits your context. That conversation only happens once your immediate risk is reduced and on fully transparent terms.
